Directions of Use: Take one or two sachets daily for adults, can be taken anytime,even on an empty stomach. *To take orally or use with warm water, milk and other liquid foods , mix thoroughly, avoid high temperature liquid mixing (liquid should below 38鈩?/span>). *Do not take within two hours of taking antibiotics; *The daily consumption of inulin should less than 15g, and children age under 12 can not use it ;
