Urea is one of the final products of amino acid catabolism in the body. Urea in the blood comes from the liver and is excreted with urine through the kidneys. The determination of urea content in serum can predict the situation of renal excretion function, such as the increase of urea content in blood of patients with renal failure and nephritis. This Urea Assay Kit is used for quantitative measurement of urea in human serum and urine. This product is a fast, simple, sensitive and reliable testing tool. It should be noted that the blood samples to be tested should be collected in an empty stomach and centrifuged. The step is: 1)Add samples and standards to the well; 2) The addition reaction was fully mixed and incubated at 37 掳C for 40 seconds, and the absorbance change in 3 minutes was calculated for the average absorbance change per minute relative to the water read at 340 nm; 3)Calculation.
